What Is the Immediate Impact Program? 

The Garrett Family Foundation created the Immediate Impact program to help individuals and families facing a significant, specific need that creates a financial burden and affects their ability to live safely, independently, and with dignity. 

Who We Support 
 

• Individuals with disabilities, including those who have lived with a disability since birth 

• Individuals facing a serious medical condition or injury

• Individuals and families affected by a sudden catastrophic event

Our focus is on specific, one-time needs where assistance can make a meaningful difference: 
 

• Adaptive equipment 

• Home accessibility modifications 

• Urgent medical-related needs 

• Emergency support following a sudden catastrophic event
